Weekend Projects?

Anyone have any specific projects they are working on this weekend? Anything you plan on getting done?

I am hoping to finish up the yoga mat bag I am making for my sisterinlaw and then I have a few friends that have asked me to do some stuffed toys for their kids so I can get a start on them.

One is a basket full of stuffed fruits and veggies... The kid has a kitchen fascination haha that should be fun

Nope. No sewing plans--although I may try to find some time. Today we are heading over to the Greek Festival (ahh-may-zing food--I cannot wait). But, ask me in another week when I am FREE (7 more working days till summer!!!).

I am jealous, there is no 'summer' for me, infact in the world of insurance it just gets busier in the warm months because that's when people are buying boats, motorcycles, nicer cars, etc lol

Finishing up bridal shower stuff this weekend. Waiting on a bride to be sash's paint to dry so I can bling it out. Tomorrow is shot because I'm traveling for the shower. Justin--I hear ya! We have 3 week still, boo! I'm almost there though! I am teaching summer school in the AM but that shouldn't be too bad. I'll be glad when we are finally moved into the house!

I got ALL my hemming done!! I tacked some cuffs on two pairs of shorts that were just rolled and never stayed, hemmed two pairs of my pants (one into capri length, one regular), a pair of shorts and one pair of DH's jeans. I had one last pair to do but it's a bright blue pair so I didn't have thread to match.

Slowly working though a baby blanket for a friend. I won't finish this weekend, but I'll probably put a good dent in it tonight.

I went to a local sit n knit and finished my Rosaleen shawl with my custom yarn colorway. It's blocking now, and I'll post pix later

My other goal is to finish at least the one sleeve on DD's shawl collar sweater. It's turning out so nice...

Ugh. I have had NO time for crafting this weekend. Oh well!
