Girls Trip Locations

A group of seven of my friends want to take a girls trip in 2013. What have been some of your favorite locations? Cheaper is better but we can possibly be flexible. We're located all around the country so no one region is preferable.

I took a girls trip to Napa Valley last spring. We went off season (mid-April) and it was really nice. We spent around $800/pp for a 5 day weekend. We went to a bunch of wineries, walked around Calistoga, saw the geyser and petrified forrest, and went salsa dancing. We also rented bikes and did a bike tour of some of the wineries. It was such a good time, and I loved it as a girl's trip.

Next year we're going to San Antonio, and in 2014 we're doing NYC.

This year we did Austin, TX and Nashville (2 different groups of friends)

We've also had fun in the Dominican Republic at a resort, in Vegas, and many other places. Our best trip to date was Brazil- but it wasn't exactly cost-conscious.

I do a trip every year with my college girlfriends. We have been to San Fran, Phoenix, Chicago, Denver, Savannah, Boston, Nashville, & San Diego. I think Nashville was my favorite.

We've done Mexico - a few different resorts, San Fran/Napa/Sonoma, San Diego, and NYC. and lots of trips to the Rocky Mountains. We are all in one western city though so it's a bit easier. we find a house/condo on vrbo and do it that way - and rent one vehicle large enough for all of us.
