Monday - kids have leftover lo mein, L is having a black bean burger, I'll have dumplings in peanut sauce Tuesday - L is out. Happy meals for the kids. Whatever I can dig up for me. Wednesday - I think we have some tilapia or something in the freezer that needs to be eaten. Thursday - No clue. Out to dinner? Friday - L won't be home. frozen pizza picnic/movie night at home?
we didn't get to the actual grocery store this weekend. We just went to Target to get some of the basics.
Monday - Roast beef, rice and brocolli Tuesday - Cheeseburger casserole Wednesday - just me so leftovers Thursday - We have chicken - not sure how we will make it. probably grilled with some pasta and veggies Friday - Probably out for dinner. We are talking about taking Annie to a movie that night.
Monday - homemade mac and cheese w/ turkey dogs (I made a huge batch of the m&c yesterday and will be freezing half of it for another meal this month)
Tuesday - crockpot turkey chili with twice baked potatos (made a couple weeks ago and frozen - these freeze + heat really well)
Wednesday - mini chicken pot pies (i hope to make extra to freeze)
Thursday - breakfast for dinner
Friday - leftovers?
I'm also planning on making baked oatmeal casserole and freezable breakfast burritos to help with our crazy mornings. clearly, i'm obsessed with freezable meals lately.
Tonight is leftover bruschetta we made yesterday (so good! All local ingredients!) Tomorrow is homemade macaroni and cheese. The rest of the week will probably be parmesan sage pork chops, the faux fried chicken we didn't make last week, and grilled chicken breasts with Risotto.

Monday--Fish, brown rice, and green beans Tuesday--Chicken breast, quinoa, and broccoli Wednesday--Tortellini and sliced apple Thursday--Chicken fajitas, tortillas, and yogurt Friday--Spaghetti with marinara sauce, mixed vegetables, and grapes
I stopped at the grocery store and picked up everything I need for the menu I made this morning! Thanks for inspiring me to be more proactive with dinner.
Monday: it was just me, frozen gluten free pizza. Tuesday: just me again, takeout Wednesday: CT's taquitos made with corn tortillas Thursday: bean and bacon soup (we didn't make it last week) Friday: we'll probably go out
Mon--tried jambalaya (Zucchini liked it!) and chicken hot dogs Tues--usually soup. Alphabet soup this week Wed--Baked ham & potatoes Thurs--Carrot really wants to make baked potato soup Fri--pizza and a movie night (kids have their visit and I never know how hungry they will be when they get back. And I have to make the most of every second of the two hours they are gone. No cooking!) Sat--L is running a marathon Sun and requested chicken, sweet potato fries, and some veg for dinner Sun--tacos! Nearly once a week here.
