Intro (to this board anyhow)

Hi ladies,

DH and I decided to start TTC... I went off BC in April, so we waited to get my cycles back in order before actually trying for #1. Some Stats... I'm going to be 30 at the end of this month, and he is 31, so we have some time.

Anyhow, thigs have been going pretty smoothly, every cycle has been on time, with the exception of this one. I am trying not over think it... I have been really stressed out (just found out my dad has bladder cancer), but still keeping my hopes up until Aunt Flow visits (5 days late, but two tests have said negative).

I have been lurking for the past few months, so I figured I woudl bite the bullet and introduce myself over here!

Thank you ladies! I think this board is going to be really helpful, we have not told anyone about the TTC process... we have been married for over 6 years and we did wait for a while since we wanted to get our house, be more finacially stable, travel, etc, but the harrassment from family memebers about when we will have kids has always been horrible. My MIL is the worst offender telling me every year on my birthday that I'm not getting any younger...***sigh*** if they only knew how hard the process really is!

Welcome and sorry about your dad. Are you temping at all (so you might know if you O'd late this cycle) or do you really just have to wait? FX for wrong tests, no AF, and a correct test with 2 lines in the near future.

I am temping, but at the begining of my cycle, I had a sinus infection, then not even two days after that went away I got a cold... so my temps were high most of the month

You're just not having a good month, are you? Sending you all the possible good luck and crossed fingers and vibes and whatnot that it'll end on a positive note with a positive test... It's never truly definitely negative until AF shows as well, right?
