If C let me, I would 100 percent get a breast reduction and lift.
I spent the majority of my youth wearing tightly-tucked-in small white t-shirts to keep my breasts pinned down...now, the chickens have come home to roost. (Plus, my son looked down my t-shirt sans bra and asked me, "Where did your boo-boos go?")
I said 'doubt it' but not because i'm against it (i've looked into botox for my sleepy mom eyes, sadly it won't help...), but because at this point there is nothing I would spend the money and/or recovery time on to fix.
Well I don't have the money for it but I would consider fixing my boobs. Jelly Bean sucked the life out of them. I miss my boobs. They were my thing! My best assest. God I loved them. So if the time ever came that we were never going to have more kids, and I had the extra money, I would probably look into it.
My boobs. Ohlordy my boobs. Nursing is a boob killer. I asked K if I could have a lift when I am finished popping out babies and without missing a beat, she said absolutely
My cousin (male) is a plastic surgeon in Boston. I had to stop myself from attacking him at our last family bbq. Would it be inappropriate for my to get a boob job from my cousin? Perhaps its Pool Question worthy..
I said I could go either way. I would consider a breast reduction after we're for sure done with babies. Also, a couple people in my family have had minor cosmetic lower eye surgery for puffiness and botox for lines. Even 29 I'm already seeing how that could be an area of concern later in life. If I had a loose or double chin I would definitely want some work done on that, but would try other things first. I have had adult braces and lasik, so I'm not opposed to doing things that make me feel better about myself, but I prefer less invasive things if possible.
I had a breast reduction in 2008 and wish I had done it sooner. It was not entirely cosmetic because I had chronic back pain, and it was a hard decision because I may not be able to breastfeed, but I had just gotten divorced and it helped me to be much more independent (I had no idea how I was going to managed in chronic pain on my own). It has made a huge difference in my pain level, appearance, and ability to fit into clothes.
Now that I've had it done, there's a good chance I'll want a "touch up" in the future if I have any significant weight change, and I will do it if the finances make sense. I asked him to aim for a "large C", but he wasn't able to remove that much and I've settled into a DD.
I used to want a breast reduction (I'm a G cup), but now that I have discovered the world of properly-fitting bras - thank you, Nordstrom, HerRoom.com and Bravissimo - I am happy with them. I would do it if I needed something reconstructed after an accident or surgery, but besides that I don't see it happening.

I said doubt it too, only because I don't have the time or extra cash. But I have always wanted a boob job, not that mine are small, but they are two entirely different sizes, and I worry its noticeable. When I was in high school my aunt and i actually met with several surgeons, and the reason I didn't then was cost and the chance they "might" even out. They didn't but the only person it bothers is me so I'm dealing. Yet, the thought of perky larger boobs is lovely.

I said I doubt it. Unless like others said it was related to an accident or surgery.
And can I add as someone who in the past dated a girl with implants...I find them overrated. They do look nice, don't get me wrong, but I'd rather touch the real deal, any size, shape, perkiness or lack thereof.
