Does anyone else have a new password format on their phone? I now have to click "okay" after putting in my phone's password... I'm starting to wonder if there is something wrong since no one else I know has this.

Weird -- I didn't get a notification, but when I went into Software Update under Settings, it was available. Thanks for the FYI.

Hmm. Perfect use of telecommuting today. The backups take forever. When I loaded 4 it crashed my phone. For some reason the backup was old too so I lost a bunch of photos. I spent hours putting everything back on.

I didn't get a notification either. DH noticed it could be downloaded earlier this week.

I'm going out of town next week, so I'm waiting until after I get back to do the update. I don't need the hassle I'd have to go through if it bricked it.
