And also my class at the IVF clinic on injections. I have been on birth control for a little over 3 weeks and now we start the meds in about a week. This is our first IVF cycle so we will see what happens. I am and have been going to the apts by myself. I know that sounds pathetic but with DH's work schedule there is no way he can go to all these apts that are just for bloodwork and a ultra sound. I don't need support there at these little apts and will be giving myself the shots. I am ridiculously laid back about all of this. Maybe because it is my first IVF cycle I don't know. I do know that getting worked up over it will not change the outcome I am going to get. And googling for info usually leads to upsetting results. Keep those fingers crossed my ovaries look fabulous for the doctor!

Good luck!! Did you try IUI before IVF? I'm gonna be doing an IUI prob around Dec, but I already feel like its going to be a waste of time. I didn't know if every person who does IVF has tried IUI first.

No. We went straight into IVF. After a few tests we already knew I had only 1 tube left and it was blocked beyond repair. Our only option was IVF. I was relieved it was beyond repair honestly. I just wanted to move right into IVF and get this show on the road.
I am in the same boat w/r/t H's schedule not allowing him to accompany me to every appointment. I was supposed to have my first meeting with the endo surgeon today, but I had to cancel so that I can shank my insurance company, but my MOM was going to come with me since my H can't get out of work. LOL

Thank you for answering. My Dr said my tubes are crooked and one of them is slightly blocked, so I guess it makes sense to at least give it a try. I hope your IVF goes successfully!!
