you all are so mean to me They have already told me he is around 10 pounds so that part is covered and my OB is looking worried that I may make it to my scheduled induction (and hence have an even bigger baby).
AND to add to the cruelty, my beloved minivan - totaled. We have to go car shopping this weekend. At 40+ weeks pregnant. (I'd rather do it now than with an infant though.) And H is trying to make me get a Honda and I WANT MY RED SIENNA BACK!!!!!!!!!!

Wait - WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MINIVAN???
LOL I posted on FB but it may have gotten lost in the conversion madness. I was rear-ended on my way home on Tuesday on the highway. I had to spend 24 hours in the hospital for monitoring but apparently baby is doing so damn well there is no reason to take him out!!! LOL. (seriously though I'm very thankful no one was hurt.)
WELL I kept referring to it as a fender-bender, but H went and looked at it and was like, ummm, the frame is bent, the trunk buckled, the roof is buckling, etc. The adjuster got to 14k in damanges and stopped counting bc he said he hadnt even seen the transmission or alignment or anything yet. I've had it since January!!!! WTF. But it's pretty good that it's totaled and no one was injured at all, so yay Toyota, I guess?
So now we have to get a new minivan. (oh it WILL be another minivan.) I'm not ashamed to admit I cried when H told me it was totaled and even now there may be lots of foot-stomping and "no! I dont want that minivan!! I want MY minivan!!"
sometimes I feel really really sorry for my DH.
ps and as an aside, we've had iffy experiences with them in the past but Geico has been AWESOME through this. We ordered a new car seat, uploaded the receipt and a reimbursement check is on its way, and they told us to do the same with the stroller that was in the car, and they are valuing the car at EXACTLY what we still owed on it, so we wont really lose money on that, and they are letting us keep our rental for longer than they technically should (an extra few weeks) so we have more time to car shop. We've been very pleased.
NOT THE MINIVAN!!! I mean, I'm sorry you and Jessica Simpson are competing for longest human pregnancy, but the minivan??
Laurier has been pregs for some 14 months, too, right? Geez.
Laurier is on my shit list lol. She posted it on FB and on our bump board but I am not sure if she posted it on PCE, but she had the baby on Sunday. She is due two weeks AFTER me and she had her baby already. Bitter becky.
