Our gym is doing a 6 week nutrition and workout challenge and I signed up!! It's a partner challenge, so we have a buddy to help motivate us, and then at the end we all compete in a partner workout. I'm so excited!!! It's the first challenge I've ever done at the gym.

I go to CF so often because A) I love it! I don't like just going to the gym or working out on my own, but I love love love Crossfit and B) that shit is fucking EXPENSIVE and I am NOT in a way that I could be wasting my dues every month, so I go as often as possible. That and well, I like to see my shirtless CFG doing one armed hand stands omg he is so hot lollllll
I just did 4 nights in a row for the first time ever, and I may even make it five! We did the filthy fifty tonight which is like notoriously hard. 30 minutes of constant hard work. 50 box jumps 50 jumping pull ups 50 kettle bell swings etc etc there's like ten exercises or something, holy poop. FEELS SO GOOD!!!
