Simple apple pie recipe?

I used to have a recipe for an apple pie that entailed simply pouring a flour/sugar/egg (and maybe other stuff) mixture on top of sliced apples and then baking it all. I can't find it and I'd like to make the pie this weekend. Any ideas?
