How does one leave early enough for the game so they can tailgate but forget the food they're supposed to bring... more than once? You're getting hosed. Bring baked potatoes and that's it.

Can you do a baked ziti or lasagna type thing? Or a potato casserole of some sort? I make one with frozen shredded hash browns, cheddar cheese, green onion, and sour cream. It's pretty good cold too.
Can you just bring meat and only bring it out if the other people didn't bring it again? Like leave it in your cooler until the moment of truth, and then if they do come through, just don't mention it and bring it home?
cheese sandwiches ... put them on the grill to make grilled cheese. Or put the cheese into tortillas and heat them up as quesadillas when you get there.
Corn and black bean salsa
Chips/pretzels and heavy dips
pigs in a blanket
Soft pretzels
bring tortilla chips, beans, sour cream, guacamole, and then when you get the grill going you can heat up some chili and cheese and make nachos
brownies, Rice Krispie treats, doughnuts, cookies
cheese, cracker, and pepperoni platter
sausage bread
if you have a big thermos, bring chili or soup
if you have Dunkin Donuts near you, buy their Box o' Joe
