Jokes aside...I am sure Big Bird will not have a problem finding funding to keep his show going. Mitt Romney is 100% correct that we should not be borrowing money to keep unnecessary stuff like that going. Its a temporary inconvenience for a permanent improvement.

I know, it's totally tasteless but it's Big Bird! I can't help but laugh at Big Bird getting all thug life. It's like watching hilarity and a train wreck simultaneously.

As far as pulling funding for PBS. Whateves. I guess either Sesame Street will have to sell out and go to NBC or better yet Fox, more people will to donate to keep PBS going, or I'll just have to download Anne of Green Gables from Amazon streaming for my daughter to watch (after we read the books of course). What I want to know is when the freaking gas prices are going to go down. That will put money back into the economy.
