Should she see a vet?

I was convinced that my dog was allergic to poultry, so I switched her to raw venison. I was thinking that she was allergic becuase right after i switched her from kibble to raw chicken she became really itchy and developed a red rash in her belly.

Today is the start of day 5 where she's just eating venison. For the first few days the redness and bumps went away. She's not as itchy as she was before, but the small red bumps have returned. The red bumps are only on her belly. I've checked her treats and none of them have poultry either. I've checked her for fleas and ticks too, but I can't find anything. And she does get a monthly flea treatment.

Other than this her appetite and energy level are just fine. Am I worrying too soon or should I have the vet come see her? Thank you!

Every Fall I have to put my dog on Claritin. He gets all itchy with scabs and a red belly. Claritin really helps as long as I stay on top of it. I also put Gold Bond Medicated Powder on his belly and armpits when they're red.
You may want the red bumps checked to make sure there is no infection.
