This is my first cycle seriously charting, so it makes trying a little uncertain.
Two things I don't know how to interpret:
1) Does anyone else get the LH fade in and fade out? I had a super dark line either Thursday night or Friday morning (can't remember), but all the others before and after have been weaker lines. The OPK still said positive this morning, but it was a weak positive and was negative by 1:00 this afternoon, so I changed it to negative on the chart. I'm not sure how long LH sticks around for after O, if at all?
2) I've been crampy for 5 days and still am today. Would I still be crampy after O? I had a brief but intense sharp, stabbing pain on Thursday around 6 pm that I hope was O, but I haven't been charting long enough to know if that's a regular sign for me.
The easy answer is to just have more sex, but in the world of ultimate TMI, DH isn't used to this much sex, so he's run out of steam. Newbie mistake that maybe we should have spread things out more. I'll see if I can molest him one more time tonight if you think it'd be a good idea.
First nr 2, being crampy doesn't necessarily need to have something to do with ovulating. Can be anything. Can be before, during, after or never. So that doesn't tell you anything the first cycle charting.
Then nr 1. From what I understand LH peaks BEFORE you ovulate, 12 to 36 hours before, which is what you catch on your stick. If you don't actually ovulate, due to stress or whatever, you can peak again. The only way to definitely confirm ovulation is by your temps. Looking at your chart I would guess that you O'd on Friday - maybe Thursday, which would work with the darkest possible line on Thursday. If I remember correctly you use the fancy ovulation kit thingie right? I think some give you positives from the surge until you're past the x amount of hours that you should still be fertile. If the surge is detected 12-36 hours before O, that means (according to TCOYF) you could still be fertile until 36+24 hours after that surge (max time the strip says + 24 hours after O).
Conclusion, if you indeed O'd on Friday, your latest possible fertile moment would have been today.
Hope that makes some sense, TCOYF explains it much better than I do.
Can't confirm O until 3 higher temps though, so you won't know for sure until Monday. Sorry! It'll get easier in next cycles, you'll start to recognize what happens and might be able to self-confirm sooner. Or maybe all the tons of sex paid off and in 14 days you'll not have AF and pee and have a BFP. All is possible in this crazy world of TTC.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write that long response. I really appreciate it. I'll get TCOYF out for the 99th time this cycle and read it again
Also for H's stamina and yours, increase on proteins. It's helped H and I in the sack. And maybe a few nights a week (obviously when you O lol) until he gets used to it.
I know H and I used to hump like bunnies, now we don't do it as much because of my BCP.

You could put in some higher dummy temps for the next few days to see what FF tells you. Looks like you may have ovulated on Thursday or Friday, but only time and temps will tell.
I'm crampy all around ovulation time, I hate it. I hope you are feeling better soon!
