MH is leaving early tomorrow morning for a week long work trip. This is the first time he has been gone since having #2. I will be home with a teething 3 month old and a three year old ( enough said). My family is crazy and more trouble than they are worth in the help department so I will truly be alone. The only small saving grace is that DD will be in school a few hours this week. But that is sometimes more drama than help, too. I KNOW I am going to get through it, and its going to be ok...but I'm still anxious. Ugh...deep breaths! Thanks for letting me vent/freak out a little.

You can do it. Who cares if the house is a mess or if you all stay in your pjs all day. Just make sure the kids (and you) are fed and relatively clean. Good luck.

Good luck! Whenever way dh is traveling, I do a lot of setting out clothes the night before school and lots. Of easy meals. I don't do anything more complicated then keeping the kids going. I don't worry about picking up more than necessary.
I have to swing it alone for 8 days next month with a 18 month old (that's not near as daunting as what you're doing, though, zeewife). Although, having to take him to daycare at 6am (making special arrangements for her to even be open) for an entire week, commuting 2+ hours a day, having to take him to the gym DC if I want to get my workouts in...ugh, it's a lot. I wish I could take that week off of work. It'd be easier.
ETA: Good luck! It'll be great, and even if it isn't, there's nobody around to judge. That's what I tell myself, anyway, LOL.
