I can work out again without my knee swelling, well at least when doing yoga. I still don't know why my knee was swelling and causing pain when I would work out(and even when I wasn't!), but it seems to have stopped for the most part. I'm scared to try running again because I don't want it to start back up again. Should I just slowly ease into running again or just stick with "light" workouts such as yoga?
Have you ever seen a chiropractor? That used to happen to me until I had my spin aligned. I don't think that makes any sense though. I would start running again and see what happens.
I just now saw your response. It pops and cracks a lot when I walk, but not as much as it was when it was swelling. It seemed to be worse during the colder months. Before, it would swell just by walking or standing and sometime would be swollen when woke up.
