We've been doing a weekly dinner with two other couples and we all take turns hosting and preparing the entree, the other couples bring a side. Some really stellar dishes have been made and this week we are supposed to bring a salad of some type. The host is making a red sauce pasta dish for the entree.
I love this dressing so much I usually double it to have extra in the fridge. Serve the salad with candied pecans, dried cranberries or cherries, swap apples if you don't have ripe pears.
