Ok so now that first tri exhaustion is hitting me HARD (but m/s isn't, at least not yet), my household's somewhat bad takeout habits have gotten even worse.
What are some good order in options that are healthy? Pizza, chinese, mexican are on our normal rotation, as are pick up sandwiches (but with lunchmeat being a no-no, or so I've heard, that's limited as well).
Quick dinner ideas would also be appreciated, but I definently need a couple takeout fallbacks because at this point its inevitable.
Go to trader joes and stock up on frozen dinners. Most are healthyish and way better than bad takeout.
Otherwise I'd just eat what sounds good. I ate whole gallons of strawberries, entire watermelons and pints on ice cream in a day and dd is here to tell about it. Though she was kind of a big baby. Hmmm....
My go to "healthy" take out in NY was Indian food. Especially from a chutney place that had these amazing veggie dosas.
My quickest dinner involves throwing just about any kind of fish in the oven with some seasoning on 350 degrees for about 15-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish. Add a side of couscous (from a box, just add hot water) and voila.
If you have a slow cooker, there are tons of fast and easy slow cooker recipes out there. Then dinner is ready as soon as you get home.

Ditto TJs frozen foods. Also, I love WHole Foods prepared dinners and we really get our money's worth out of them... Odd, I know, for WF. They run $15 and we easily get 2 dinners and a lunch or two from them, for 2 adults and 1 toddler.
I second the Panera recommendations. Also, check out Noodles and Company. Not everything on their menu qualifies as healthy, but they certainly have some options that do.
Thanks for the suggestions, Panera is a good one, my go-to there is usually a sandwich but it sounds like their salads/soups are good. We don't have any indian/vietnamese near us, but maybe I can manage to find something healthier from one of the chinese places. I will have to try TJs too, we haven't been there in awhile.
We often order steamed chicken & veggies from our Chinese place. We get the sauce on the side so we can add as much or as little as we want. With brown rice, that's a very healthy meal.
Do you have a Greek restaurant near you? Hummus is good (if you can handle the garlic), and I really like Greek salads. You can also get meat there that isn't necessarily gyro meat. Chicken schawerma is my favorite.
And ditto to heating up lunch meat. You just need to get it hot enough to steam.
