AW: H's credit score!

Background: We walked away from a house about 2 years ago. We moved to a different state right as the housing market tanked and after 3 years of paying rent in MA + mortgage on our house, we decided to walk away. I say "we", but the house was solely in H's name, so only he took the credit hit. Anyway, he told me tonight that his credit score was back up to 740!! That's still not what it was before, but it's a huge leap in the right direction!
