I am making Ina's Lemon Blueberry Lemon Yogurt Cake for a CW birthday for tomorrow. It is a pretty straightforward recipe: I mix all the dry ingredients in 1 bowl, mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl, and then mix them together before baking.
Since tonight is really busy, I put together the dry ingredients in 1 bowl, and I mixed all the wet ingredients (yogurt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon zest) in another. I did this last night (the wet ingredients have been in the fridge), and I plan on baking it tonight.
Is this going to be ok? I know the dry ingredients will be fine, and I think the wet ingredients (pre-mixed) should be fine but I'm second guessing myself... Or, should I re-do the wet ingredients again (I have enough ingredients to do so).
