The card I have linked for my monthly subsription was lost so I got a new one and forgot to update my birchbox account. They keep sending me e-mails telling me to go into my account and purchase a monthly sub to update my card info. Only it won't let me online. So I e-mail them. I try to call them. No response. I keep getting voicemail when I call. I leave messages but nothing. This has been going on for a week now.
That's really annoying! I tend to have luck calling in the afternoon (I tend to hang up if it asks to leave VM in favor of a person but sometimes I have to). Still my VM are usually Returned in a day - unlike email which takes forever. I miss good birchbox customer service.

My Goop box had two foil samples - this annoyed annoyed. Fine, maybe one tossed in as an extra, but having the "main" one foiled doesn't seem delux to me (malin+goetz and super goop serum).
My regular box was actually better (usually it goes the other way with sponsored boxes) with a lip balm (decent, full size though small), face cream (two small tubes, nice amount to try), thebalm highlighter, luna bar, and fragrance sample.
