My son has started to want smoothies for breakfast. I would like to put some protein powder in them but I looked at the listings on Amazon and have no idea what to get. Does anyone have a recommendation?
Thanks!

I'd talk to your pedi first. Most protein powders are not designed to be used by children.

Thanks for the tofu idea, it isn't something I would buy normally. I will give that a try.
