Welcome to the first weekly GP nutrition/exercise check in!
Since we have people with different goals, I'm not going to create a set group of questions. Rather, just feel free to comment on what you have done in the past week.
Some things you may want to include if applicable...
Weight lost this week Weight lost total Did you stay on track with nutrition? Did you stay on track with exercising? What were some barriers you faced? What are some goals for the next week?
These are just ideas I'm sure there are more. Basically this check in is just a chance to get support for whatever you need.

Weight lost this week: -2.2 pounds which I am shocked about. I had a good, but not perfect week. I did only lose .6 last week though so I think it's evening out from that. I'll take it!
Weight lost total: -10 since the beginning of the year
Eating: Had 2 "bad" days this week - one because we had a potluck at work and I made a dessert that I ended up taking the rest of home for DH and ate a little more than I should have. I actually did fairly well at the actual potluck. Other day was Sat, I had to work and we were given lunch and I made some bad choices with too many snacks
Working out: My goal is to work out 5 times a week which I did! Also did some yard work and a few short lunch time walks. This is pretty much my fitness goal every week for right now.

I am on day three of starting WW, so I am going to wait until next week to weigh myself. I must say, choosing to start dieting on the first day of my period was a poor choice, lol. My period makes me want to EAT EVERYTHING. :-D
But I'm doing okay. I have had much less soda than usual, and a lot more fruit. And I have avoided making a pan of pumpkin bars. So I'd say it's a success so far.

Oh I'd like to join in! But I'm just starting so I have nothing to share yet. I will say my goal is to lose 10 lbs, I've gained like 7 of that in a year I'm short so its noticeable. I stopped working out when we started TTC, I don't know why I had in my head that working out would be bad for the 2ww. Totally wrong!
I don't have any weight to gain or lose. I run a lot and lift weights 2-3x per week and have been for the past 10 years or so. But I am reallly trying to eat healthier to keep my cholesterol down (high cholesterol runs in my family)
I bought a ton of fruits and veggies at the store this weekend. And have been doing a really good job of eating them so far. I'm making black bean burgers for the first time, tonight. Hope they are good!

I think exercise is a good way to relieve stress during the 2WW and at all times I like to get my frustration out on the elliptical sometimes!

Yes! I'm planning to start c25k since the weather is getting nice here.
I have the opposite problem with C25K. I can't run when it's colder than 70-72 degrees. Hotter than that might be uncomportable, but I can handle it. When it's colder than that, I get really really bad cramps in my calfs and can't even walk anymore. I've tried leg warmers and everything, legwarmers will keep me going down to 68 degrees, but summer is definitely over here and the mid afternoon high today was 47 degrees. Aka, no running for me anymore. I'll resort to just walking, that I can do.
Weight lost this week: None Weight lost total: None Did you stay on track with nutrition? Still eating too much sugar/sweets Did you stay on track with exercising? Yes. I exercised 5 days last week. What were some barriers you faced? I had to work 8pm-2am on Sunday night, so I kept myself awake by eating candy What are some goals for the next week? Cut WAY back on the junk food. Limit sweets to once/day max, and only if I exercise that day
I'm running my first half marathon in 1.5 weeks, and the only thing that has kept me from gaining lately is my training. I really need to get my eating in check.
I didn't lose anything this week -- I am super far off the ol' bandwagon for about 3 weeks.. BUT, I have managed to maintain the 10lb loss that I had managed to lose over the few months prior, so I will give myself a 1/2 credit for that.
I will get back to the gym and working out this week. I won't be home in time to make it to spin class tonight, but maybe I'll go for a run or at very least take the dog for a long walk. He could stand to lose a few too!
We watched Forks over Knives last night, and it got DH interested in cutting more meat from our diet, which I am all for. We eat a decent amount of veggies, but are severely deficient in the fruit department. I'm going to try to do better about eating more fruit and finding yummy ways to eat meat-free despite my picky-eater habits.

My BIL called DH after he watched this and was like I don't want to die young, winecheery needs to give me recipes! (b/c I'm veg. So if you ever want some...let me know! )

Weight lost this week n/a Weight lost total n/a Did you stay on track with nutrition? I ate two pumpkin/cream cheese muffins in a row yesterday...instead of my almonds, which are a fav snack but the muffins were so much better... Did you stay on track with exercising? I didn't lift my weight yesterday, but I did everything else. I'm always exercising for work technically. What were some barriers you faced? time and energy lately, I'm pretty bummed with myself for slumping. I'm usually so good about balance, but I'm obsessing over work right now What are some goals for the next week? Go back to my regular classes that I take for MYSELF and not just rely on the exercise I get when teaching. I've slacked for two weeks on that because work is nuts
Agree with more than once a week. Maybe a weekly weigh in on Wednesday and a daily accountability thing, like a 'hi, how're ya doing and what are you doing for exercise today' post.

Weight lost this week- 2lbs- stressful week Weight lost total- I've lost about 10lbs since I started running in July- and I have a good 5 more lbs to go to get me to my goal weight. Did you stay on track with nutrition? I struggle with candy/sweets Did you stay on track with exercising? Staying on track- though I injured my achilles on a run last night and am nervous about that setting me back. Hoping to run another 10 mile run on Saturday, but not sure with my heel.
