Yes, but not with the nude shoes you have on. You would have to wear black. Because the dress is on the plain side, you could also do a black or grey pattern.
There are good patterned tights and there are hootchie patterned tights...lol. Btw, those are like a perfect shade of nude pumps. I didn't even realize you were wearing shoes until I looked again. I got the best charcoal tights from Nordstrom Rack-Hue brand. They work wonders and suck everything in. Not that you need it though.
you guys are sweet - I hate my knees, they are so weird looking. I'll try charcoal tights next time. I think I have some spanx ones! (which yes, I do need

I would agree with charcoal and I love patterened tights. like with subtle stripes in the same color. I have a pair of gray/black arglye tights that I love - but I only wear them with tall boots and a skirt so that it's not my whole leg in argyle!
Agree with the consenses - charcoal or black, and that a subtle pattern is fine. If you worked in a creative setting, you could experiment with color - mustard yellow or a ruby red bordering on pink would be pretty with that blue.

I just bought this dress. Plan on wearing it to work with no tights (bc it makes me uncomfortable and I need to be able to feel freedom while I teach) and I don't think it's too short. Just in case you're on the fence about its length ok-ness.
