First, everyone knew I just had a baby, so they were very encouraging to only do what I could and go at my own pace. I loved that it incorporated strength and cardio, AND that they do these fun little songs for the babies to get them involved (although my 8-week-old mostly just slept).
The only bummer is that they only meet during working hours, except for one Saturday morning class, and I go back to work in 2 weeks. I still signed up for the 2-month pass, though.
Anyway, this was just what I needed to feel "back in the game" but not depressed or overwhelmed. BUT -- after a few jumping jacks, I now know I need a much better sports bra :-P

That sounds so fun! I'm glad you found something you like. I'm still not quite back into my regular workout routine. And I SO know what you mean about sports bras. The first time I ran I was still BFing and OMG it was horrible.
I would love to find some type of workout class that included kids. The boys now hate being in a stroller for more than 10 minutes, so it's hard to take them for a walk or jog. I have an elliptical but it's not safe to use when they're running around. I'll have to get a gate or something.
This sounds like fun! Glad it got you out of your slump. At 8 weeks pp I still could barely get off the couch.
