Does anyone do keep the change with BOA?

When I enrolled for it I thought that whenever I made a purchase it would round to the nearest dollar and stick that change in a savings account, or at least once a day so at the end of the day my account would always be a whole dollar amount with no change.

Lately I've noticed some random amounts being moved over to the savings account for Keep the Change, but it never leaves my checking account at a whole dollar amount.

Anyone know what this is about? Does this even make sense?

I do this. I think they kind of lump the change together and move it over as an odd dollar amount. I'm not sure how often though.

Mine rolls change over from purchases, but I don't think my account has ever been at a whole dollar amount because of it. I never even thought that would be a result of the program.

we did that too and i assumed my checking would always be a whole dollar amount as well. it NEVER was. but it's been a fun way of adding to the savings account.

Keep the change works like this. If you buy something that costs $.60, then $.40 will be transferred to your savings acct.

Okay, cool. I didn't know if it was me misunderstanding how it worked or something on their side. I don't really care, it's cool to be saving without having to think about it. I was just curious.
