I went to the local ICAN meeting on Wednesday and they suggested Bradley classes. I knew I should've signed up for them the first time around. It is $290 for a 12 week class that meets every Sunday from 6:30-9pm. I am going to shoot for a VBAC this time around and I want to be as prepared as possible. It will also suck if I end up with another c section after paying all that money, not to mention the fact that we will probalby have to get a sitter for Zoe from 6-9:30.
Did anyone take this class? I have read great things about it online, but I don't know anyone who has actually taken it. Thanks!!
Remember Kyley? Kayla? Was was her name? She was a L&D nurse who took care of Kristina when she was admitted to be monitored, then she came here for a bit until her LO was born? She took the classes.
I read Dr. Bradley's book while I was pg, but I didn't the class. I'd like to know what you get from the class vs. just the book. It was very informative and if your H is on board, it seems like a wonderful way to give birth!

I took private Bradley classes when I was pg and really learned a lot. It did help during labor and the only reason I had an epidural was to see if the relaxation would help me dilate. Sadly it didn't matter in the end, but hopefully the information will be useful whenever next time comes around.
