I don't know what to call this, so we'll go with fitness check in - but it's food, working out, whatever. In the other thread some people suggested a daily check in of what's going on that day might be good!
I have a workout on my schedule for tonight and I plan to do at least 20 minutes on the elliptical. I sometimes go beyond that if I'm feeling good but I make myself do at least 20 min.
I did not work out last night as planned, a friend came over unexpectedly and by the time she left, I was too tired to do any kind of meaningful workout. So, I'll do double another day.
Woot, woot, I took a 4.5K (power)walk yesterday and brought my walking/running shoes with me to work today. Instead of getting on the tram straight out of the office, I'm going to walk to a tram stop 3.5K away (after that I can't walk on, crossing a highway and water isn't possible there).
Walking might not do much, but it's more than sitting on my butt!
I also drank a whole pitcher of water so far today (2.5 liters I think)
bllllllllllllllaaaah you guys suck / are awesome. I've had like 3 sips of sparkling water today. I suck at that. I had a bagel for breakfast (...it was for breast cancer... I'm just trying to help...) and I brought fig newtons and pretzels for lunch because I won't really have time to eat, and at least that will keep me from finding something worse to stuff in my face.
I *WILL* at very least walk the dog and then continue on for a while on my own.
I had three eggs for breakfast and a cup of coffee. I'm going out to lunch with H today so no idea about lunch and I took out chicken breasts for dinner. I'll figure something out for them. No exercise for me unless you count shopping with my mom and today I'm going to be lazy since my cyst and knee hurts
