AW my birthday / wedding anniversary

DH is a cook at a very popular restaurant. He had his chef prepare an off menu dish for me and when it came time for the check , they said it was taken care of by management. All of his coworkers would stop by to wish us a happy anniversary. It was amazing . The dish was extremely creative and delicious. We spent the day yard sailing and going out for ice cream . I had to AW , the last few birthdays were really low key.

Baked Halibut , fruit and black bean relish , garlic mashed potatoes , grilled asparagus topped with a balsamic reduction . Then we had vanilla bean creme brulee . It was so amazing . I would have answered sooner but I am on a business trip and had a 6 hour drive
