Today I'm wearing a green button down shirt from freshman year of high school, which makes it 10 years old. It's still in great shape so I don't see a reason to get rid of it. I have a handful of other button downs and polos from high school that I keep around.
And my crowning achievement: a pair of pajama pants from 7th grade.
Cmon MM, don't disappoint me with your miserly ways!
In my drawer, not in my closet, but 2 Smokey the Bear t-shirts from 1994 or 1995. I wear them to bed all the time.
As far as things that actually leave the house, I have some pairs of shoes and handbags that are 8-10 years old that I still wear. But they are not miserly kinds of shoes/bags.
I still wear a dark tan suede jacket from Gap Kids that I got junior or senior year of high school. I wear it every fall and imagine it will last for years to come. It's probably 12 years old. I've grown a few inches since buyint it, yet it still fits! I think the last few inchces of my height were in my legs, mainly. (Finished growing out of college.)
- LLBean parka that I've had since about 6th grade - so we're approaching 20 years. In law school, the zipper broke. I couldn't afford to replace it, so I sent it back to them to see what they'd do. They fixed the zipper & returned it for free.
- LLBean boots that I've had since... I'm not sure, maybe 8th grade?
Other than the LLBean theme,
- I can think of 2 race shirts from 1999 that I still wear, albeit usually while painting, and a hoodie from my high school swim team (1996-2000).
A skirt from when I was 13. It's 12 years old. What's worse is that it is a fairly young looking skirt by the pattern, so I really shouldn't be wearing it.

I have a 2 pairs of jeans that are 10 years old. A pair of 7's and a pair of Citizen's. The Citizen's just got a hole in the knee this year and the 7's are still holding strong. They're super casual now, although these were my dressy jeans back in the day!

you're the same size you were when you were 13?!?
I think mine are all t-shirts and pj pants. I just got rid of the majority of my closet.
I have a couple of dresses and a cardigan from HS (I think one from 97 and one from 99). Surprisingly the dresses still fit even though I'm almost 20lbs heavier than I was back then (and by fit I don't mean that I can only squeeze my body into them, I mean they actually fit and look good).
Not mine, but I have a bunch of old DH's tees that I wear to bed. They must be from his highschool years, so I guess 8-10 years old.
He complains that I never wear anything sexy to bed and I say that buying sexy outfits just for going to bed it's not MM or comfortable. Lol, I'm a terrible wife.
I think I have bat mitzvah tee shirts somewhere. So, 1992-1994. I don't wear them except to sleep in. I also have sorority shirts as far back as 1999.
But since I've fluctuated in size so much, the vast majority of my clothes that I can wear aren't older than 5 years. I was a 4-6 in my 20s, and I'm a 10 on a good day now (down from a 14 earlier this year). So I do have a bunch of 4-6s in my closet that I stare at, hoping to get back down there, but I can't actually wear them. (they're all suits and business casual, so I probably could still wear them to work if I fit into them).

I have several baseball, football and hockey jerseys from when I was 14-16 years old. Those things are expensive, I don't really feel the need to replace them.

Ha, yes. I'm about the same size as when I was 12. I wasn't exactly as slender as other girls my age.
I still have a t-shirt from high school that my grandfather bought me my senior year. It is the last thing he bought me before he passed away and I can't bring myself to get rid of it.
I am actually wearing a pair of pants that are probably 10 years old today.
I was just thinking this morning that the sweater I have on today is one I bought in either 2000 or 2001. It, along with the skirt I bought to go with it, are still in my closet and worn on colder days.
I have a wool sweater from AF that I bought sophomore year of college, so 14 years ago. This was back when their quality was still pretty good and they didn't solely cater to 15 year olds. I probably wear it two or three times every winter. It's my warmest, cosiest sweater.
I thinking about this more and I realized I have a ton of clothes that are around 10 years old. I guess that's the benefit of buying a lot of classic pieces.
I have a T-shirt that was made when DH played football in high school, it has his last name, number, and school colors/mascot on it. It's was from 1997 and it's still in incredibly good shape.
I know I have a couple of work out shorts that I had freshman year of high school. In fact, I still have my basketball shorts with the school logo on them. They are so comfortable. So almost 15 years old?
Ohhh ohh, I still have a tee-shirt for my elementary school volleyball team! 3rd grade? Almost 20 years old?

I'm wearing a t-shirt today from a play we did my junior year in high school, so at least 23 years old. That I wear outside of the house/to the office? Probably closer to 15-16 years old.
The oldest that I don't wear regularly? ~ 40 years old (I have a shirt/vest my aunt had in high school I have for a seventies costume).
My older sister wore a peachy/pink cardigan in high school from Weathervane (no longer a company) that I still wear. She was in high school in the early 1990's.

I remember that store!
I have a pair of shorts and wind pants from high school that I probably got in 1997. I don't wear either regularly, the wind pants are my snow pants since it's not that cold down here and we don't get much snow.

I have a paper thin, purple t-shirt with the name of the Scottish folk band Silly Wizard on it. My family bought it when we saw a concert of theirs in 1984.
I'm not sure about in my closet back home. However, I brought a sweater set that was given to me for Christmas 1995 with me to Paris. In fact, the person who gave it to me was my cousin who happens to be visiting me right now.

OMG - I have no idea. I do not have anything I wear from HS - but that was 23 yrs ago. and from age 13 to now I'm a whole different person - no way any article of clothing that fit my 13yr old self would fit me now.
probably my oldest are some boots that are ~12 yrs old.
I have a U of Edinburgh hoodie sweatshirt from study abroad in 1998 that I just stopped wearing a few months ago because it's finally wearing through the elbows. I can't get the same design anymore, and I'll keep it until it's dust. I still wear a grey Motherhood Maternity cardigan around the house from 3yrs ago; not that old, but I'm never getting pregnant again so it should just go already. It's tired looking but comfy. I also have an ankle-length black wool/lined skirt that I keep because it's fabulous when I do fit in it (almost there again!). It's from the mid-90's and probably too long to really be stylish, but I keep telling myself it's a classic option. Years ago, my mom also gave me an awesome grey blazer from the 70's that I'm hoping will fit well once I get a breast reduction in a year or two. But otherwise my closet is really well cleaned out and recent.
