I just started using the Chase deposit option of taking pictures of the check with my phone and depositing them. I've done a few deposits this way and always received an email fairly quickly after submitting the deposit. I have not received an email for a deposit I submitted yesterday. Would you assume that it didn't go through and try to deposit it again? I really don't want to have to go to the bank. It was a payroll check if that matters.
I once had an error at the end of the transaction but didn't read it quickly enough before it disappeared off my screen. I just waited 2 days then redeposited it. You should have received an email immediately that it was at least received. Since you didn't get that I would try again.
