Did you have a nice weekend?

My work day is nearly over - half an hour til I go to pick up dd. Wasn't too bad of a day, considering it's Monday
We had a nice weekend though, just did a lot of relaxing and stuff around the house with dh - he worked SO much last week we barely saw him, so it was nice to just take it easy. And I made a laksa for us Saturday night and it turned REALLY yummy - only have made it myself once before and it was terrible, so we were quite happy it turned out

Morning, its 6:30am here and I am off to bed. I just finished working so I am bit on the tired side.

I did have a nice weekend. James and I went to see Puss in Boots on Saturday, the only problem is that he is now going around shouting 'Pussy' at random, and has named one of his cat toys Pussy. It sounds like my 4 year old has tourettes. And Sunday I cooked, cleaned and baked, Gareth and James did an art project (they made a paper aquarium).

We stayed at home enjoyed a soccer game and Dh finally adjusted our sourrondsystem for the tv.

Back to school... back to school...
I'm just excited I slept in the bed all night last night. I took the comforter off. I suspected it was responsible for my late night allergy attacks and it looks like I was right.

I had a very lazy weekend. I didn't do anything except relax. I needed it!

Good morning! I had a pretty good, if quiet weekend. We did some housecleaning for the upcoming rental inspection. I made a loaf of "English Muffin Bread," which DH decided, and I agree, should rightfully be called "Crumpet Bread" as it's much more crumpet like. And I got a new mobile phone. I was very pleased to find a dual-SIM phone so I can keep my US # and my Australian # without having to carry two phones around. That is awesome. And now that I have imported my ringtone (Rockapella's Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?), I am much happier.

My weekend was fun, our friends got married on Saturday and the weather was beautiful! This week I don't have class, just studying for my exams next week. So I'm just hoping to keep myself sane.

Blushing- that is hilarious!

We had a lovely weekend. I got to see my friend who was here for business both days. Saturday, DH, DS and I went to the city for lunch with my friend and walked around darling harbour for a bit. It was DS first time on the train and in a restaurant and he was really good for the whole day.

Sunday my friend and his coworker went to featherdale in the morning and I picked them up and brought them back to our house for a BBQ and to hang out for the afternoon. It was a lovely day. I dropped them back at the train and he flew back to NY this morning.

Morning! Even though it is Monday I have a work night out this evening... that's what happens when you work in the service industry!

The weekend was quiet enough. Met a friend for a walk Saturday morning and watched the Heineken Cup Final (rugby) late afternoon (our team won for 3rd time in 4 yrs!!), DH went out Saturday night to watch Champions League final (soccer). We mainly chilled out yesterday - for the first time ever N chilled on our bed with us, which was really nice. My SIL called over for tea and scones as she was home for the weekend and she is N's godmother and hadn't seen her since Christmas. We all napped in the afternoon and then took a walk by the sea for a bit of fresh air.

Our friends got married on Saturday too, but the weather was not at all beautiful. Still a fun day though.

We had a good weekend. Tiring, but good. We got back from MAdrid around 11 last night. Now I have to unpack, do laundry, wash the dog, clean the house. Pffft, I'm tired just thinking about it.

Morning! On Sat. I went to LUSH to make my own bath ballistic with DD and the best part is it was free Sunday we had dinner with DH's mum and brother. It wasn't that great of a day for me...I did get to watch my show tht night though. *sigh* now its Monday and even though I do not feel well I'm up with DD and will soon have to start cleaning the mess everyone made yesterday...

I relaxed too much and did too little work this weekend, but I'm glad I did. I feel so much better than I did last week. I'll be in hell for the next week or so, but that's fine.

Today is busy with grading, talking to kids and teaching...plus coaching 5th and 6th grade field hockey...followed by a work dinner.

Just started week two of the film festival, so far my energy is still up This weekend I just worked, saw Mads Mikkelsen, Thomas Vinterberg and Pete Doherty yesterday. Brad Pitt will be there tomorrow, I REALLY hope I can see him!

We had a great week end - the weather was finally nice and yesterday afternoon my friend came over to sun bathe on the roof and chat with me... we looooooove to chat Hubby and I went to the movies on saturday night and caught Dark Shadow. We loved it!
I also mounted a few more frames and mirrors, worked out, cleaned, skyped with everyone and their cousin, ironed, practiced etc etc. Busy week end!
