I see everyone's moved here...its gonna take me some getting used to (especially if I can't get on a PC soon) but I decided to try it. I kept the same SN. Since I have you here anyway I'm gonna go ahead and vent about this weather! I hate the cold and by this time in May I'm used to swimming not wrapping up in warm blankets...just saying!

Yup, this spring has sucked! But, unfortunately, in the 8 years I've been here, summer has been rainy and cold quite a bit of the time as well. Sigh. This is why the Brits talk about weather all the time.
Hey Violet's! The weather sucks here too (NYC). We've had three gorgeous days after three weeks from hell and now this morning I woke up to another ugly, rainy, dark sucky day. Blaaaaaah!

Glad to see you made it over. I keep seeing Jake and Elwood hanging around saying "We're getting the band back together."
As for local weather, I'm not complaining. Well, except for the fact that this weekend was sunny and decent, and foiled my evil plan to save the laundry for rainy days.

Yes, I'm in England. I've only spent one summer here (a few years ago), but I'm from TN where its basically even warm in the winter. Not to sound evil but at least I'm not the only one experiencing this weather. Lol I am so jealous of those pics on FB where people are out enjoying the nice weather! Haha

My family has all relocated to Nashville, and my son was born there, too. Yes, it is typically warm there, even in winter.
I'm in Germany. It hit about 80* today. Like most German (European?) homes, ours does not have a/c. I do not do well in the heat. I think that the moment DH deploys, I will tuck my make-up away until fall.

Nashville/TN in general is great. I used to always hate it til I wasn't near. I'm not sating when we do eventually head back to the states that that's where we will go but I dedinitley would like to be close (and somewhere warm).
