My grandfather used to ask me every time I talked to him, "What did you learn today?". Some days something came to mind pretty easily, others not so much.
Today, I learned that holding ctrl + A at the same time copies the whole page.
ETA: Dexteroni just taught me that ctrl +A just selects it. You have to take it a step further and copy it. Sorry.
Ctrl A only selects everything on the page. It doesn't copy until you do ctrl C.
What I learned today is super nerdy. I learned that a 6 letter/digit code for a color is the same in photoshop as html. I'm building a new website and was able to use the code to match a picture to the background color of my website.

I lesrned that if a recipe says to mix the wet ingredients and then add to the dry ingredients, you cant mix most of it and then add a third cup of milk on its own to the whole thing. It still came out okay, but not quite right.

I learned the secret for crispy sweet potato fries...coat them in olive oil and egg white and put the pan with parchment paper in the oven for 5 mins to get hot before you add the potatoes.

This is an awesome thing to learn. Will have to keep this in mind next time I make some.

So, what'd you learn today?
Put me down for learning this too! Awesome trick. This is the only thing I learned.
I learned that buying real estate is hard on the heart. Two offers in, zero houses purchased. This one hurt more than the other though, especially because the people just decided we couldn't afford the house and had no reason to make this assumption. We offered less than list because there were issues, but they wouldn't acknowledge that their perfect property had some critical improvements needed. There fore we became young and unqualified for their house in their eyes.

Working from home has its ups and downs. I haven't left my house since Saturday. I've been working 12+ hour days. But, really had nowhere to go because DH was working and I currently live in the middle of nowhere Chicago suburbs, but work on Alaska time (3 hour time difference.)
