My eyes dont really get puffy but I have reaaaaaaaaallllllllly noticeable dark circles. Like it looks as though I have 2 black eyes if I'm not wearing any makeup. I bought the Maybelline concealer thinger too and it helps a little tiny bit. There aren't really any other remedies as far as I know

Target also has one that I like almost as much. Part of the Pixi line. It's a color correcting concealer but I usually have to use another concealer on top so I prefer the Eve Pearl.

Yes. I use it when I have bad dark circles. Makeup Geek has a demo or review I think about it. That's how I heard about it. Lightening and brightening concealers can't work until you correct the color.

Also read some tips online on how to apply it best. Some people need a setting powder. I don't think I need that but I have dry under eye skin. I think it gets mixed reviews because of application.
I love Tarte Dark Circle Defense, it covers up the dark smudges unde my eyes so well and seems to cut down on the puffiness, too. It's log wearing an doesn't crease.
I use Bobbi Brown corrector and concealer. Have them try it on you at the counter and wear it around the mall for awhile to see if you like how it wears on you.
It's the only thing that works for me.
Get an eye cream for depuffing your eyes. I don't have the puffy issue but I do use an eye cream every day. You want your undereyes to be hydrated before applying concealer or else it'll look cakey and dry.
I agree with the corrector/concealer combo. Salmon colored corrector with a light yellow toned concealer on top. If you're very fair and you need to set your concealer, you might need to get a white-ish setting powder. I use this to set (keep in mind that I'm paler than pale though): www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?productId=xlsImpprod1930129#sku2212969
I use the concealer from Amazing Cosmetics. It's pricey but awesome. Get them to make you a sample at Sephora before you commit.
I use this stuff too. It's the best I've found so far. A little bit goes a long way. I bought the small tube and I swear it has lasted 6 mo. I use the Garnier de puff as well. I keep mine in the fridge and put it on right when I get up so it has time to work.
