Sigh. Spotting: pap or implantation?

I'm 7DPO and had a pap yesterday. No spotting at all yesterday, but when I woke up today there was somewhat more than a square inch of blood on my panties. Agh, really? Something else to obsess over. Is it or isn't it? Sigh. My Wondfo tests are out for delivery and should be here this afternoon. Let the obsessive POASing commence.

Do you normally have spotting in the day or so after a pap? I've never experienced that.

I usually spot after a pap. So I think it's somewhat normal.

I genuinely can't remember if I do, adding to the obsession. I know it's normal for many women.

If I remember right (which is questionable) I think implantation spotting occurs 3-5 dpo, so I would guess its just spotting from your pap.

I think implantation is 6-12.

I did have very light spotting at 3-4.

So either way I'm good? lol I just need to stop thinking about it! I'm going to go workout like the post prompted me to!

I spot the day of my pap, like briefly, right after the procedure. Not the day after it happened.
