It's ok for babies to hang out in carriers

I wouldn't worry about. When we flew with DS i wore him for like 7 hours. He was happy.

DD would nap all the time in her carrier. I think it's fine.

As long as their chin isn't tucked too tightly into their chest, it's fine. DS2 hangs out in the carrier for a long time too.

She's better off in a carrier than she is flattening her head in a baby-container.

DS lived in carriers for the first few months. He liked it. I liked it.

Especially at that age, I think it's more than fine. You are still in very much in that "do whatever makes baby happy" stage. If it works, go for it!

DD spent hours in her carrier when she was little. It's fine - and helps build their core muscles, too .

Agreed! At that age, DS napped in his RnP for hours and hours. Oh the horror! 8-D

I think it's fine. DS2 was in a sling for the better part of his first 4 months.

This is good to know. I'll try a carrier with this baby. It was exhausting holding DD all the time when she was a newborn.
