I was legitimately interested in starting a business to do pretty much exactly this. Then I learned it takes money to start a business and, well, that's how that went.

I agree. This week is awful.

That's why I left the baking industry. I love baking and decorating a dozen or two cupcakes. I hate baking and decorating 15,000 cupcakes the exact same way.

I have a pet related vent!

Our rescue took on a dog, but they didn't have a foster home lined up for him. Because of some health/personality issues he needs to be an only dog while he's recuperating from surgery and I think that we all know that those foster homes don't really exist. Because of that, he's been stuck in boarding at the vet for 4+ months now

I volunteered to help walk him (they have two or three people a day go to see him). He's a really sweet guy but he's very pushy/stubborn. While I was walking him yesterday he went crazy biting at the leash and jumping on me. He scratched up my leg and because he's so big and strong underneath the scratch is a big purple bruise.

Mostly I just felt like an idiot for not being able to control him. Apparently he never acts like that with the people that are more familiar with how to handle that type of personality.
