I've started the morning sickness on Monday. It so happens to be the same time and feeling every day, between 6:30-8pm. It feels like nausea and a headache almost like motion sickness or when you stare at a computer screen too long without glasses.

Yes. It was awful. Mine started at 6 weeks, went away around 9 weeks, and came back ten times worse around 10-11 weeks. It just started tapering off this week. Mine was sucky in the morning, but got progressively worse throughout the day. I dropped 20lbs by 16 weeks. I hope yours is much, much better
I'm not sure. I've been having constant nausea since I had a stomach bug last November.
That sounds like hell. Dealing with it for 12 weeks has been awful.. I can't imagine a year!
It's been pretty bad. I'm not gonna lie. I've been through countless tests. The dr's newest theory was that my stomach is emptying too slow. I was supposed to have a gastric emptying scan the day after I got the bfp. I of course had to cancel. That is the only reason I tested. I was late, but I always wait a week before testing. (Too many bfns over the years!)
THIS. And B6. I didn't have m/s, I had all day long sickness. Once I started taking Unisom and B6, it stopped. It was amazing.
twinssss;)
These are OTC, yes? I have terrible all-day quesiness. Should I ask my dr or just try it? As a bonus, does the Unisom help you sleep? I'm so tired at the end of the day, I pass out cold for several hours, but then wake up to pee several times and can't get back to sleep.

My doctor had unisom on a sheet full of tips to combat m/s. I didn't ask bc of this. I just took one unisom at night (b6 never did anything for me, but most people take 25-50mg in the morning and the unisom before bed). I have never been sensitive to sleep meds; so it didn't affect my sleeping that I noticed, but it is marketed as a sleeping aid. Make sure you get the regular tablet and not the natural one. You can always try taking half of one. The unisom started helping the second day I took it. (It stopped helping totally at 11 weeks when I started vomiting regularly)
My doc had it on a list of ok meds too. It does help me stay sleeping I think. I usually get up and pee less if I took it. My nausea went away, but I'm still taking 1/2 pill because I find I am better rested with it.
My doctor's instructions for dealing with morning sickness were:
You can try eating frequent small meals of bland boring carbohydrates as a drop in blood sugar can cause increased nausea. Sometimes women need to have something to eat before they even get out of bed. You can also try 1/2 of a unisom tablet (not capsule) with 50mg of B6 every 8 hours as that may help.
I kept Rice Chex and Animal Crackers at my bedside table and would munch on them when I woke up in the middle of the night with nausea. I've been on Zofran since my BFP though, and I still have days now where I take it. If yours is just a bit of nausea for 2 hours, I'd try the carbs.
Mine started this morning for the first time as soon as I woke up.
BTW, I first just typed "wook" instead of "woke" and it took me a good 30 seconds of staring to realize it was wrong and how to spell it right. WTF IS WRONG WITH ME??

I had pretty bad morning sickness, but not a lot of vomiting. Most of the time, I was just dry heaving and gagging all over the place. I still have it a little bit - especially first thing in the morning or if I get hungry, which pisses me off because I should be done with it by now!
I've been fortunate and not had any pooping issues, though. Everything is status quo there!
I've been getting sick after I eat breakfast, but not much otherwise. It's still really early though.
And the constipation is out of control. I am normally pretty constipated anyways, but like I posted on Saturday, I'm gassy on top of it and it's really, really painful. Like, curled in the fetal position sweating painful.
Try prune juice. I know, horrifying taste and old lady connotation, but it really does help. If it doesn't get better, you can try Colace, or there's prescription prenatals that have a stool softener (warning: they cost WAY TOO MUCH OMG).
