Yeah....on our way back from lunch coming on base...traffic slows to a crawl. Cop cars and MP's running everywhere and redirecting traffic. It took me 45 minutes to drive 2 miles to be rerouted off base. My building was one of the buildings in lock down for 3 hours. They had no idea what was going on.

What a day!

Yep. Not sure about other places but where I'm at they love their safety drills so it's clear that not only are they vigilant and looking for threats but they are prepared to respond.
