Halloween Party Planning

I am planning a halloween party for some 1-2 year olds. Any suggestions on kids and adult themed food and beverages?

Also, any ideas of games that would work well at this age for this group?

A fun thing I have made before is a Halloween Cheese Ball. You just take a mask, wash it really good, lay it face down and put down plastic wrap in it, line it with prosciutto and then put your cheese ball on that and press it so it fits into the mask. Refrigerate and let it set and then when you take it out of the mask and remove the plastic it kinda looks like a zombie - the prosciutto looks like peeling skin.
You could also do oreo or cake balls and make them look like blood shot eyeballs. Freeze water/Kool-aid in a glove and float that in your punch bowl with your punch.
