Buttermilk powder?

Does anybody use the powder version of buttermilk? Every time I buy buttermilk it goes to waste so wanted to give it a shot, was just curious whether anybody has any experience with it.

Unless I'm using the whole container I just put vinegar in milk.

I have used it...I'm not sure if it really made much of a difference in my recipe...

I use it and love it. I also keep it in the freezer so it'll keep longer.

I keep mine in the fridge and it pretty much lasts forever. I love that stuff!

I've thought about the powder, but even that would sit around for ages. It's just easier, more cost efficient, and takes up less space in my kitchen to toss some lemon juice in milk and let it sit while I get the rest of my ingredients together.

I use it and like it. I've had a container in there for a couple of years and I think it's got a couple more to go before it expires. For the amount I use it is cheaper than using real buttermilk and even milk since milk is a hot commodity in my house. Couple of tablespoons with water and I'm good to go!
