A plan for bringing people over

You guys have probably heard that TN is deleting posts over there that contain links to this board, right?

Well, I had a thought about that. What if we put a link to the board in our nest signatures, call it a blog, and see if they notice? We could randomly post on TN with "check out my blog" at the bottom of our posts. Eh? EH?

Maybe they didn't catch on but I have been replying to SO posts with things along the lines of:

"Hmm...you may want to check out this website. It may help you find some answers."

And then putting a linky to the boards. Did this last night and it is still there. And it worked....chick came over and posted on SO.

I'm glad I lurk TIP enough to find the link to the new board. I've been lurking on TIP for months, maybe close to a year. I don't have TIP, but I know people who do. Reading your board is like spying on therapy, and I've picked up useful advice to share with friends who have needed it. Thank you for helping me to look at a situation objectively and rationally, instead of reacting how people think I should.

Thay are deleting posts w/ the link to here in it?? Wtf? That makes me giggle a little bit. Like someone was saying the other day I can't wait to see how much their traffic has been down in a monthly report since this whole exodus happened.
