Bday gifts for 1st time pregnant

I am 17 weeks pregnant and my bday is the end of the month and then the holidays are soon after. There's nothing I absolutely need so I am trying to think of things that would be helpful/useful to me for the 2nd half of my pregnancy. Any ideas?
