Is that normal? I thought it was only supposed to be like one positive day. Still no temp shift. So I still haven't O'd yet. Is this normal or has it happened to others? I am getting a little worn out with all this BDing. Need a break!
This is the my first month using OPK's. So I am still getting the hang of it.
I test both in the AM and the PM at the same time. The first real positive test was the eve of the first OPK + sign. Then yesterday it was very bold plus signs both AM and PM. This morning wasn't as bright but I still a positive. My temp is still pretty low. I am hoping to have it jump tonight.

It all depends on when you consider it to be a positive. Since I caught it right at the surge once one cycle I know what the total insanely so much darker line can look like, and since that time I hardly ever see positives anymore. Before that, I did think I had 2 or 3 days of positives, which now turns out to be a fade in pattern where it stays a little below positive (but it really kinda does look like a positive if you haven't seen otherwise) for a few days, then goes all the way and then quickly fades out as my temp spikes the day after.
Also, that 1 time I got the true positive, it got that insanely dark within 30 seconds, and kept getting darker during the 10 minutes I officially had to wait. Usually it started getting color and go toward a positive looking line after 4 to 8 minutes.
In other words, who knows for sure? It is and will always be a mind fuck!
My tests sound like what honeyspider and you described - negative in the morning, positive in the afternoon, positive for both the next day, fading positive the third morning.

Exactly. I am so used to seeing negatives that seeing the positive tests kind of mess with my head. Especially since a faint line is a negative. I did get a faint line the day before the positive. So I am fairly optimistic that it was a real positive.
This is interesting. This month is the first I've used the opk strips and I'm on my third day of legit positive. Nearly every other day this month (I took a ton of them because I had no clue when I ovulate) I have at least a faint line. Which I know isn't a true positive but I'm just wondering what it all means ha.
