Finally closed on our refi last night!

90 days after starting the process , we closed on our refi!

15 years at 3.25% and a $1200 lender credit.

$215 more per month and we will be gaining $900ish in equity every month as opposed to $200.

MM win in my book!!

Awesome!! I am going through the process now. We got 3% for 15 years. I will be so happy if this goes through, it saves so much!
