I overate a little bit last night, had too much chocolate peanut butter trail mix
I ended up having a good workout on the elliptical yesterday and I'm hoping it will motivate me to do it again tonight.
We might be going to a friend's house for dinner tonight, she's moving and it's kind of a last hurrah. Friend is real scatterbrained though and part of me is hoping it doesn't happen (I only give it a 25% chance anyway).
I was awful this weekend.. eating/drinking.. but I did a good bit of dancing Saturday night, so that counts for something...
I didn't get to work until 10:30 today, so I'll be here late-ish, and I am 99% certain we'll be having pizza leftovers for dinner... BUT I will find a way to at least work out and have a sensible lunch.

I worked out for the first time in like 4 years! Woohoo! 10 whole minutes on the elliptical (I hate cardio with a passion, so baby steps) and then worked chest and tris.
