I can for things that need immediate attention. As in "can you take ds and change him?", or "let's go outside I need you to dig me a hole for my shrub"
But when it comes to something with a future deadline he sucks. I remember giving him one task for our wedding - get us a cool.car for transportation. A week before the wedding I was calling the classic car club. I've also been trying to get him to call our health insurance company to add ds since he was born. Its through his work or I'd do it myself. It's annoying. Any bills/accounts that can be in my name are in my name

I think you should divide the work according to your strengths, otherwise you are going to always be frustrated and he will start to get resentful. I do delegate things to my DH re: the kids. I have learned to just not ask if he has something done and let him deal with the consequences if he procrastinates too long.
