We decided to go for the integrated screening through the genetics department at our hospital, mainly because I am AMA. Has anyone done this? Would you mind letting me know what to expect for the appt, what you find out, how long you have to wait to get results, etc?

We didn't do integrated screening, but we did do MaterniT21 and the NT scan. The NT scan was fine, but I'm also AMA and rather than go the route of integrated screening followed by potentially doing the CVS or amnio (both of which are more invasive) we decided to do MaterniT21 instead.
They draw two vials of blood and test specifically for Trisomies 13, 18, and 21, and they are now revealing the baby's sex with the results if you want to know.
We got the results in something like 6 or 7 business days. Everything was fine and we knew very early on (around 13 weeks) that we are having a boy.
I assume the integrated is similar to the first trimester screening here. There is one blood test, and then an ultrasound before 13 weeks. Then you get the results.
I understand that the one we have here is different than in the States as it does more ultrasound measurements than the one you guys have.
