? about IRAs from a lurker...

I have about $5,000 in a rollover IRA with T Rowe price (401k from my job during college) that's just been sitting there for 7 years

I'm not sure what to do with it because I know nothing about IRAs. So far the only change in balance is a -10.00 yearly fee but it isn't making any money or anything. I have a 401 k with my current job but I like the idea of having a separate account on the side....

I don't think you can roll an IRA into a 401K (you can do the reverse). Is the money in the IRA in any funds, or is it just a lump of cash?
